Strawberries need 6-8 hours of sun and prefer a neutral to slightly more acidic soil pH of between 5.5-6.8. Soil shold be kept evenly moist, but not too wet as to avoid rot. 

Eversweet strawberry produces from spring to fall and actually thrives and maintains fruit quality in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. Fruits are large, cone shaped berries that are sweeter than other varieties.
